A team of researcher from Mayo Clinic and the University of Southern California found hat computer based mental training programs can improve memory. Their research results showed that  such training programs can improve memory of older people by 10 years. In another research, a Harvard researcher found that beta carotene is good for delaying cognitive decline. Long term use of beta carotene can delay aging of brain by a year and a half.

Exercising is the best option for keeping your brain in perfect shape. Keep exercising with your brain and you will find yourself in a better position than others. In early years, it was thought that nothing can be done about your brain and cognitive decline. But in th new ages researchers and authors of scientific books have broken the myth.
