Some of the fruits and vegetables that you can take are blueberries, green leafy vegetables, carrot, cucumber, oranges and other fruits and vegetables.

Add them in your daily food list. Sometimes it may not be possible for you to take fruits and vegetables. In such case, you can take some whole foods which contain all the nutrients. Natural nutrient supplements are also good for you. But do not use the vitamin prescriptions all the time. It is always better to depend on the natural foods.
